They walked into your house (unannounced?), using their (unauthorised) keys, and then behaved in an abusive or threatening manner?

Make sure that you put this in your letter to them, and if necessary, your defence. Given their behaviour to date, it might be wise to appraise the local police of this situation (which could also be mentioned in your documentation).

In your 1st post on this thread, you say you have acknowledged service from Northampton.

When (date) did you receive it?

When (date) did you acknowledge it?

What did you 'say' in it?

Re: Cleaning company claim, court please help me

Right here goes have submitted defence , what do you think?

Prior to this claim I always paid in full monthly via a bank
transfer. I refused to pay what they claim as work was not
completed satisfactory as per our verbal agreed on start of
service. This firm was aware I was unhappy with service an
promised to rectify. A good proportion claimed was not carried
out. I signed no agreement all was verbally agreed. They have
issued no default notice, the only way they have tried to confer
with me about this matter was via harassing phone calls and to
arrive at my home at nearly 8pm one evening an try to aggressively
agree what they expected. I was in bed poorly my husband dealt
with them an promptly asked the lady director @@@@@ to leave.
This firm have also without my consent had multiple copies of my
house keys cut and only returned 1 via post, despite distributing
said keys to multiple cleaners. My regular cleaners left there
employment and they sent the husband of the director a man on one
occasion despite me asking specifically for a lady, I suffer
severe anxiety and depression and have MS anything out of habitual
makes me ill and affects my condition which they are well aware
of. They never did introduced a new regular lady who I was happy
        with.
We moved home and they were obviously finding it difficult for
anyone to cover our area distance seemed a problem as we are out
in the country compared to a previously easy town. The firm said
they would cover but it was quite obvious whoever they had given a
key to had done very little as the house was virtually how we had
left it on a Friday they were supposed to clean all through our
bungalow and it was only a bed change and the ironing you could
see had been done, no hovering no dusting etc, I thought they
would rectify this and gave them a while to sort out after a
        telephone call to @@@@@@@.
They are trying to invoice me weekly for 3hrs on a Friday and two
on Tuesday. Fridays I was always out of the property on activities
so they were alone always. Tuesdays they ironed, which was done
but not satisfactorily again I was usually out on activities.

Now i find after no notification they are trying to claim two
months which I didn't pay as there had been nothing cleaned much
as far as I was concerned. The amount there claiming is £608,89p
with a unfair amount of interest which I request is dismissed. No
further conversation has been entered into with the claimant as
there are to aggressive in there approach to this matter.

I would agree to pay the ironing part of this claim @ 12.50 x
16hrs =£200.00 However the rest I dispute as it was not done
satisfactorily and as per our verbal agreement that a regular
cleaner was deployed to us as agreed at start of service.

I really cannot stress how ill this has made me and totally refute
that the claimant has made any effort to resolve this
satisfactorily and indeed short shrift was given to the wife
director turning up at my home at 8pm when i am ill in bed
harassing us for payment when I have already stated what i
        prepared to pay.

How much are you claiming for the cost of changing the locks?
