Hi, I received a welcome message and a list of things for me to post on here, but I cannot find or recover this message? I am currently defending a ccj court hearing set at my local court for 16th sept 2013.i am hoping to get this set aside on the grounds that IDR cannot issue proceedings as the debt is listed a link financial, I just want to check that I have got my facts right, is this correct? I have a letter from IDR dated 28 June 2012 saying that mbna assigned debt to link financial who subsequently assigned benefit of debt to IDR. As a result of this assignment the debt is now owed to IDR and link is acting as servicer of the debt. The debt on my credit file shows link financial. What does all this mean??

You could do worse than to read Curleyben's thread - http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ht=assignmentsCAVEAT LECTOR

This is your other thread, where I posted the list of things you are referring to: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ht=#post361554Originally posted by harrie051263 View PostHi, I received a welcome message and a list of things for me to post on here, but I cannot find or recover this message?
Have you already got a CCJ? or are you defending a claim?Originally posted by harrie051263 View PostI am currently defending a ccj court hearing set at my local court for 16th sept 2013.i am hoping to get this set aside
Sounds like you have received notices of assignment both to Link and to IDR, would be good if you could post up the NoAs after removing your personal details, :typing: as well as the Particulars of Claim and the other documents mentioned on the other thread.Originally posted by harrie051263 View Poston the grounds that IDR cannot issue proceedings as the debt is listed a link financial, I just want to check that I have got my facts right, is this correct? hoto:
The information on your credit file won't make any difference when it comes to defending a court claim and you may have to look further than just the assignment side of things, which is why we need to see the rest of the documents. :typing:

Re: IDR link financial
So where are the documents in response to the s.78 CCA request you made? As referred to in their letter of Feb 2013??
If the agreement hasn't been produced...the debt is CURRENTLY unenforceable.
So, you've defended this claim? How and can we see it please?"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012
