    I sent you a pm early this morning with instructions, I'll do it again here, basically under this box on the right hand side is a box called Go Advanced, click on that then on Manage Attachments you can go from there. I also advise that you go back and remove the above link as it has your personal details.

    The first link is to small, also I notice that you have left some personal details on there, the second link I cannot access as apparently I do not have the required clearence, perhaps someone from the team can help you display the information. I have requested help.

    Excellent, it will give us some time to prepare.

    There are a number of issues.

    when did arrow global acquire the account from Rockwell, was the a notice of assignment.

    Did you receive a default notice back in 2006 and was the account correctly terminated.

    We need to see the figures on the amounts paid and the sums claimed, if that is OK, as well as the terms and conditions on the agreement, so we can work out if they are asking for the correct money and to ensure that all the money you have paid was credited to the account.

    We need to see about reclaiming any PPI paid.

    We need to check the enmforceabilty of the agreement.

    We also need to claim SB although in my opinion that is looking decided iffy at the moment, given that your last agreed payment was in July 2007.

    My current understanding from reading both threads is;

    The OP had an overdraft of around 1k . He arranged a loan for 16k from lloyds. Part of the overdraft was restricted use and earmarked for repaying the overdraft(1k).
    Smith decided that he did not want to keep the loan and cancelled under the provisions of section 68 of the act. However he was unable to reclaim the 1k, as it had already been credited to his overdraft account, he was therefore stuck with the dilemma of repaying this 1k to lloyds.

    Smith please correct me if any of this is wrong.

    This is why it is important to find out what is on the copy agreement he has received, is it for the original debt 16k, or is it one that has been manufactured to legitimize the 1k repayment arrangement(which may be un enforceable).

    Dn issues and sb can be addressed when we know all the facts. this seems to me like the logical way to approach this rather than giving random advice that may be based on the wrong facts.

    and yes you are right this that happend thank you xplaind better than me
