    There you are, agree to the order, get it sealed and then vacate your date. BUT do be careful (sorry for going on but this is important), until you have a sealed order assume that you will be going to court and follow all the deadlines/procedures required.

      It has always been my intention to go to court and on the day i will attend anyway just to make sure

        Good luck RM, prepare your legal arguments (law, examples etc...) but lets hope that they will see reason and get this offer sealed thus saving you unnecessary stress.

          The order has been sealed and the judgement is for the order to be set aside this arrived from my local county court this morning
          seem all is well but will attend court on monday anyway just to make sure .

              well i attended court on the day but the case had already been dealt with via the order

                Also checked my credit report today and the ccj has been removed happy days

                  NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
                  Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                  Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                  If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
