In the year 2000, I took a loan out with Paragon. After being made redundant, then becoming a single parent my life changed completely so did my finances. I paid what I could off the loan, then couldnt pay it at all. Didint hear a thing for years, then last year I started getting letters from Arrow Global, I ignored them then they took me to court. To cut a long story short, I battled it in court and lost and they now have put a charge on my property. The amount of £4122.53. The have now wrote to me saying they want the whole amount or they can force sale on my house. This house is jointly owned with my Husband. There is no equity in my property and there are arrears on the mortgage which we are sorting. The letter that came this week from Fairfax solicitors was a very poor copy. Not the original. Both Arrow Global and Fairfax have been a complete nightmare to deal with. I am at my wits end with all this. Can anyone help.
