Tower are charging me £505 including a £35 charge for a loan of £220. i have offered to pay the £220 in full or split over 2 months but they have refused advising the charges are to be paid.
The claim form was issued with a date of 4/2/10 which i believe i have 14 days to complete with an extra 14 days which i have asked for from money claim on line. i think this expires on 5/3/10.
The claim was for:
amount claimed £470.40
court fee £35.00
solicitors 0
total 505.40
poc - default under agreement number xxxxxxxxxxxx
unpaid pay day loan.
date on claim is 4/2/10 - i have not extended the time yet although i will be soon.
i sent a CPR CPR31.14 which i have received back yesterday and i stated i wanted to defend all.
Only thing is im out of my depth and am unsure of my next option. can someone help if i fax the agreement over?
