the letter came today and it says that it will be struck out due to non-compliance with the courts order. For me this is great news. Can C AND H do anything about this now? it looks like the decision has been made? any one know if C+H can do anything about it now?

I think they can apply for a set aside??? I will be making an application to the court tomorrow to have it struck out for non-compliance!
