    Money Online Claim - no updates?

    Hi,
    I had a claim made against me, which I acknowledged on Money Claim Online. I admitted a part admission on 8/8/25 - I have not had any updates since then. I have had no correspondence and the claim online has not been updated, should I have heard something by now? Thanks

    Welcome to LB

    It depends if the Court has a 'backlog'. Don't rely on the information on MCO, it's only updated to a point,
    best to call them for an update. The Courts are 'imperfect'
