Hi echat11 I am a but confused which fee i should be paying as there are so many. And in regards to the anonymity order is that just a letter from me or form? And do i ask for a hearing without notice, if not what sort of judge do I ask for...the only thing I am thinking is that I dont earn lots of money but not blaming any benefits so not officially low income if that makes sense...and if the fee is two or three hundred pounds I am not certain if I can afford this, so if thats the case does that mean I simply cant fight this case? And that it would have to go to mediation and then a choice of whether I want to fight it further (obviously by that time i could have got the money together for fees) its just having to produce money today might be difficult - albeit if you think ots essential i maybe would be able to scrape the money together...thanks...and also the hearings - the idea od going to court in person is very triggering as last time I was in court it was to do with being the victim of a serious crime, so without hearing would be better???

This may prove stressful for you, so the best solution is as follows:

Email a payment offer to their solicitors.
On the letter write 'Without Prejudice Save as to Costs'

Fill in an income and expenditure form. There is a 'Cost of Living Crisis', so give yourself some 'leeway'.
Remember a Court will only ask you to pay what you can afford, so if that's £1 a month so be it.

Remove the first line, amend the letter so the information you are providing is correct, add 'Without Prejudice Save as to Costs'.

        https://nationaldebtline.org/get-inf...o-rata-offers/

Only offer what you can afford to pay each month.

But still fill in the Directions Questionnaire, follow the instructions.
