CCJ been issued I’m not aware of

Hi ,
I have a CCJ issued in December 2019 by host finance . I haven’t received this nor any documents . It’s been posted to an old address which was prior to 2019.

I now have Lowell calling me and are aware of the ccj but I haven’t responded.
I know that Hoist ceased trading in 2022 and was brought by Lowell ?

It’s coming up to 6 years in December with no communication from me . Just wondering where do I go from here … do I file a N244 form to the court to set aside the ccj as I haven’t been given papers or statements, is it still enforceable seeing as though Hoist no longer is trading ? Plus Lowell and Hoist are debt collectors not creditors so they are buying debt ? It’s for a credit card that I opened but only spent abit I totally forget .

Any advice I would really appreciate it .

Suppose, for a moment, that you could get the 2019 ccj set aside. That puts the clock back and the current debt owner can re-start the original claim. If that happens do you have a viable defence?
