  • Moneyclaim help

Hello Iv received an email saying a county court claim has been issued Iv not received it but the email was dated 10th Feb. I have tried to speak to the claimant numerous times via email and have had 2 responses saying
County Court Judgment (CCJ) from being requested, this will however prevent further enforcement action from being issued.

If you would like to prevent the CCJ from being entered your account will need to be cleared in 5 months, this works out to be £105.26 per month, if you are able to enter this arrangement please contact the office on 01253 531263 as a matter of urgency.

If you require any further assistance in dealing with the County Court Claim, we recommend seeking your own independent legal advice.

    amd this

you for setting 2 Direct Debits in place totalling £90.00. Unfortunately, as per previous correspondence the monthly total to prevent the County Court Judgment (CCJ) remaining on your Credit File for 6 years is £105.26.

You can set a further Direct Debit up using the following link: www.tm-legalservices.co.uk/form-dd.

If you have any issues with the form, you can contact us on 01253 531016 and speak with one of our Case Managers who can assist you with setting up the arrangement.

Please note without a payment of £105.26 in place the County Court Judgment may be requested.

I don’t know what to do they aren’t responding I don’t know if they’re stopping the claim or if I need to do something or what any help please as it’s really really stressing me out

    Hi
    Welcome to LB
I think the email means the creditor has filed claim form N1 with the court. You should receive the claim form from the court soon and you will have limited time to respond, acknowledging service and filing and serving your defence if you decide to defend the claim. The court will provide you with a response pack N9
