    Shoplifting

    Hi. I was caught shoplifting in M&S today & the store detective took my ID (my driving licence) and took a photograph of my face. He gave me a civil recovery/trespass notice. Will i have to pay solicitors costa??? Apparently they have said if i ignore a letter from DWF the Bailiffs will come round to my house. Is this right??
    The man who stopped me didn’t work for M&S
