    I have been receiving letters from restons for months regarding two claims for companies I’ve never used the letters are worded badly and claim ccj have been issued I checked on the government website and none have been issued what shall I do ?

    If you have no knowledge of these debts, then send the following letter, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

    They need to prove the debts are yours with documentation.
