The debt isn't Statute Barred, the account was Defaulted in January 2019, they lodged the claim in November 2024, just short of 6 years.

Hi, sorry to bother you gain but would it be worth sending an offer of £500 and £20.00 monthly, as my family could lend me the £500 and the £20.00 would come out my pip that I receive for a long term mental health disability in which I'm not allowed to work? Or do I just sit still.

You can send offers to settle the claim, the Courts encourage parties to settle the claim if they can.Originally posted by Lee1187 View PostHi, sorry to bother you gain but would it be worth sending an offer of £500 and £20.00 monthly, as my family could lend me the £500 and the £20.00 would come out my pip that I receive for a long term mental health disability in which I'm not allowed to work?
