  • Claim Form from JC International Acquisition / BW Legal

    Hello All.

I today received a court claim from BW Legal on behalf of JC International Acquisition, this is the first correspondence regards the matter, nor did I receive a “letter before action”

I have read a few posts and believe this Account may not be covered by s.77-79 of the Consumer Credit Act.

I would be grateful if someone could point me in the direction which documents/information I should be requesting to aid my defence.
