    Cabot Financial - Claim Form for a HSBC Bank debt no date in the particulars of claim

    Hi, any advise please.....

    I have received a Claim Form where the Claimant is CABOT and in the 'Particulars of Claim' it only mention's HSBC UK Bank plc with no dates and a mention that the Defendant has failed to repay the amount due following the service of demand.

    I have never acknowledge the debt in any way but it was registered as a default in in early 2017 and disappeared from my credit file in 2023.

    Do I still need to prepare and submit a defence?
