        Hi guys,
        Thanks for the help so far. I have recieved a copy of their DQ and have now recieved mine from the court also.

          They've sent the requested documentation, state that you want Mediation, might help settle the matter.

          If you get stuck ask, remember to send a copy of the DQ to the Court and to the Creditors solicitor, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

              Yes, providing you have the correct email address, I believe it's the following :

              DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

              You should get a auto email with various messages on it.

                Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
