I received a court claim from Mortimer Clarke Solicitors on behalf of Cabot relating to an Aqua Credit Card on 30th July 2024.
I acknowledged receipt and that I planned to defend the claim. I tried to contact both Cabot and Mortimer Clarke by email and using their online chat systems (as I am not good speaking to people) but have had no responses other than to acknowledge my emails. Today I have sent the following:
SAR request to Aqua/NewDay
CCA Request with £1 to Cabot
CPR 31.14 Request to Mortimer Clarke
I sent all 1st class and have receipt of postage with their addresses on it. What do I do now please as I am worried that I have lost time by trying to contact them without getting help first.
