Cabot / Sainsburys Scottish citation
Hi,
came home to a citation through my door today from a Scottish court for old credit card debt… not sure what to do next so advice very welcome.

Claimant’s Name: Cabot financial uk ltd
Solicitors Firm: Walker Love sheriffs officers
Original Creditor: Sainsburys credit card
Original Debt (eg. Credit card/Loan/Overdraft) : credit card
Particulars of Claim: ( Please type out in full excluding names/account numbers/exact amounts ):
Is the debt Statute Barred (have you had any contact with the creditor or claimant over the last 6 years?): YES exchanged emails and received copy of credit agreement when requested (requested 26 July 2023 only received 19 Feb 24)

last payment on account 21/05/19 was hoping statue barred but obviously isn’t since I’ve received this court letter
