Withdraw a request for a hearing (Form N244 already submitted)

Further to my post about the change of events and assuming I receive written confirmation that the Claimant (or their legal representatives) are going to have the CCJ set aside, what is the process for cancelling any hearing as Form N244 has been submitted (although no date for the hearing has been set, as yet)? Presumably this will avoid having to pay the court costs?

Thanks - that looks at first reading to apply to discontiuning a claim, although my grasp of legalese is poor! If the person I am helping wants to cancel any court hearing because the firm that got a CCJ against her is now going to have it set aside at their own expense, is there a process for this, or just wait until the Court sets a hearing date and then advise them that there is no need to proceed?
