How long after filing Form N244 will the Court take?

I am wondering if anyone has any experience of how long it takes for the Court (in this case the Civil National Business Centre where the CCJ was originally lodged) to set a hearing date? The person I am assisting in trying to get a CCJ set aside is under some time pressure as the CCJ is severely impacting their life and causing a great deal of stress.

The best thing is to call them, they should be able to give you an estimate, if you give them a filing date.
