Ok a few questions first:
1) Are Marstons acting on a high court writ enforcing a judgment made against you or just acting as debt collectors for an alleged unpaid bill for Bank Smart?
2) When you say you 'wrongly authorised' Bank Smart can you explain what you mean?
3) Did Bank Smart ever get a PPI refund for you?
4) If so, did you pay their commission fee?
