    I assume that the case is now stayed as claimant has not filed a response within 28 days. Not had any further correspondence other than confirmation defence received.

      Yes, but call the Court to check on it's status. Also put an end to the debt that's been paid, but has 'stupidly' cropped up.

        So we had success with this.

        Overdales have discontinued the claim and passed the account back to Lowell, Lowell have removed the further monies Overdales added to the account, meaning account now closed with zero balance.

        As a result of a SAR & Complaint for the details in this thread, Lowell they have written off another debt held with them and paid £50 compensation.
