  • Defendant received N181 DQ - How to response

As a defendant, I have now received N181 D (MT claim)

Claimant has previously turned down my offer of mediation/arbitration? Is it nessesary to state on the form you would consider mediation? or is it ok to refuse, and cite reason being that the claimant previously rejected?

Under D4 - Disclosure of non-electronic documents (all cases) what needs to go here? Standard Disclosure?

How do you estimate trial length?

Do you need to contact the claimant to 'agree' directions? As a defendant, who is responsible to draft these?
