    Issue Date:27/02/23
    Have you Acknowledged the Claim?:No
    Total Amount Claimed : 270
    Claimant’s Name:Uk parking control limited
    Solicitors FirmDCB legal
    Original Creditor:
    Original Debt: parking
    Particulars of Claim::1 indebted to the claimant for a parking charge,2; this happened on the 14/02/2022 3; the pcn was issued on private land or managed by claimant,the vehicle was parked in breach of terms on the contract, 4 the driver agreed to pay withing 28 days but didnt the defendendant is liable as the driver or the keeper , despite requeast the pcn is still outstanding, the contract entitles the claimantto damages.
    Is the debt Statute Barred (have you had any contact with the creditor or claimant over the last 6 years?):No not been in conatact at all
    List any letters you have sent (eg: CCA/ CPR ):None
    Any Other Information or Background Details:i was at work an the wife was doing the months shopping at a retail park that included, a sainsburys, aldi, home bargains, iceland and a tx maxx, all of these shops she was shopping at and left 14 minutes over the time limit.

    Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

    Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

    If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
