Hi,
Not sure if this is the correct forum to post in....
I had a Tomlin Order agreed out of court with Overdales to repay a debt and not receive a CCJ. The amount agreec and recorded on the Tomlin Order form was £1600.00. I contacted Overdales to ask for a statement of the account, they have responed with a figure of £1972.00 including a recoverable hearing fee, summons costs CC claims fee and pre legal interest x2 totalling the difference between the amount recorded on the Tomlin Order and the provided statement of account.
My question is - are these additional fees enforcable as i was not aware of them when signing the order and not displayed on the signed order form.
Thanks in advance for any help and advice offered.
