People win, people lose. The important thing is whether it is applicable in your particular case, & also whether you understand the stated arguments.
Thh, I reckon judges must be heartily sick of template particulars of claim & template statements of defence.
I heard tell of one defendant, when asked to explain a filed defence, replied "Dunno...I got it off the internet".
I don't think that earned any Brownie points.
It also is worth applying a bit of common sense to the probability that a moped rider will almost certainly be the 'driver',* in which case the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 Schedule 4 may well be a moot point.

It is not the document that wins cases, but proving all the points made in your document (and disproving those points made in the other party's document that need to be disproved). So make sure that you understand the thing you downloaded - what it says and why it says those things. Think about the evidence you may need to prove what it says.
