Today our business has received 2 ccjs from Checkatrade, one for £1200 and another for £9826 we have no idea what this are for. We received no paperwork just a high court writ in the post today. We need to set aside the CCJs but I don’t know how to do it, we have not seen their evidence and haven’t ever received a letter from them stating we owed them any money.

Have a read of the link below and come back if you have any questions. The first thing is to work out what these claims are for and the high court write should have the claim number on it so that's your starting point t call the court and get a copy of the clam form. If you don't act quickly those bailiffs will be out after 7 days and will look to seize goods to pay for that outstanding debt.
