5+ year old parking claim

I've received a demand for payment for an alleged parking offence committed 9/5/2017.
The paperwork claims I was parked from 00:00 to23:59 on the date stated. This clearly isn't the case, I deffo didnt spend an entire day at site of hospital.

This claim is over 5 years old and ive had nothing in that time, id this allowed.? They have since sent me a CCJ form which looks real enough but has originated from 'Civil Enforcement Limited'

Have you received an actual court claim?
can you post up a redacted copy (remove reference numbers, registration details, names)

If so acknowledge it but do not enter a defence yet.
Then send a CPR 31.14 Request (template in short cuts box on right of this page) to CEL
