  • Help to defend CCJ needed

Can anyone please advise on how to defend a CCJ from Hoist (ex Lloyds overdraft)
Hoist Solicitors have granted extra time to defend but not sure I trust this as nothing showing on money claim.
Although I did once have a Lloyds Account and Overdraft the account number is completely different.
Without any documents to back up this overdraft debt how can I defend it?
    Many Thanks in advance
