        If you are the sole registered proprietor, and you wish to remove the charge, I think your options boil down to:

        1. Refinancing/remortgaging to raise enough to clear the outstanding secured liability; and

        2. Selling the property so that the charge can be redeemed.

        Other options may occur to others here.
