The preliminary hearing date has been sent to me. Can anyone tell me what I should do with my defence support documents? The claim is spurious and the claimant has ignored my formal request for copies of the documents on which he bases his claim. I have defended the claim online via Mcol and listed the documents I have to support my defence. I have not uploaded the docs so I would like to know if I need to submit them to the county court by post or whatever or to the Claimant or both. I have emailed the court but have had no response as yet. I need to sort this out urgently due to time restraints from next week.
