  • Lowell Portfolio - Small Claims Court Letter - Advice please

    Hi all

As the title suggests, got a letter informing of small claims / mediation from Lowell asking me to fill in a form and return to court

I did receive a normal Court claim afew months back, went online, extended the days, requested the usual stuff, sent £1 postal order etc and heard nothing back from then until this saying it’s eligible for small claims court now as it’s just over £700

any advice on how to proceed?

court claim number matches the original one and when I log back in to view it’s still on defence as that’s the last thing that was submitted.

appreciate any reply’s that can be given.

Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
