    Please help recieved a claim form yesterday from these. Was an uncle buck loan

            The defendant should acknowledge service of the claim form indicating whether he or she intends to contest the claim. This should be followed by a written Defence, setting out the reasons for disputing the claim.

                In that case, pay before additional costs escalate, or else propose a payment plan.
