  • Help please set aside application

Hi,I recieved a ccj unexpectedly and have already made an application to set aside the judgement on the grounds I never received claim form and wish to deny the claim and I wish to counterclaim.
The court has written to me to state that they have my set aside application and will notify me of the date of a hearing.
My question is should I wait until the court gives me the date before I send any more documents to the court?
I am asking because the claimant has been untruthful and I have been told that I should have sent evidence with the set aside application. I admit I panicked a bit when I got the ccj and was advised to request to set aside as soon as possible so that's why I sent the application with no evidence.
    Any advice advice appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi SHELLY123

Don't panic, call the Court, see if you can email the evidence to them. See what they suggest.

13.4 point (3). Courts know these things happen, you won't be the first or last person to do that.
