I received papers in January, emailed company to set up an amount I cd afford, was told I had to pay higher amount to clear it in six months or ccj wd be issued, I was then told not to send papers back as an arrangement was made, I’ve told them I’m not paying anymore as I’ve paid back what I owed originally plus more but have been told by them to pay the rest or ccj wd be activated, I’ve had nothing from a court and company has no idea of my financial situation what do I do???
