  • DCBL claim form

Hi, I received a claim form from Highview parking Ltd in London, DCBL in Runcorn, in the county Court business centre in Northampton for parking ticket over 4 years ago-giving 14 days to respond. I parked in gala bingo parking in Bristol where the sign wasn't visible-since then gala bingo has gone and parking has been changed, I also no longer own the car. I ignored the fines and now received this claim form Total amount £308.52. Please help in what I need to do.
    many thanks

So you send a SAR to Highview to get all the details
A CPR 31.14 request to DCBL to request all the documentation they have on the matter

Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred.

Acknowledge the claim on day5 after the issue date or shortly after using the details and password on the form. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to get your defence to the court.

The original charges were not fines, they were invoices
