  • Minister BAY WATCH County Court Claim

I recently paid two tickets from the above for £60 each. One of the tickets they say was paid a few days late. Now they issued me with £221 to pay even though I paid the ticket, they say it was late. Should I appeal or just pay? Thank you.

They also got my details from DVLA, now this is not allowed without my consent, is this correct?

Reading the title of this thread, I was getting excited what Johnson might have been getting up to with Pamella Anderson, but in fact Minster Baywatch is one of those parking companies.

I guess the OP is being hassled for payment of a PCN. And yes, they can get details of the registered keeper of a vehicle from DVLA.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

If it's at the County Court level then appealing is no longer any good. You have to respond to the court.

          Have you got the PCNs?

          Have you acknowledged the claim?

Have you got proof of payment?
