      How have you got on with this? I am in virtually exactly the same place with the same company now. They have not delivered any documents as requested relating to CPR 31.14 but instead offered mediation. I had my questionnaire proposing allocation to small claims track this morning. Overdales in their questionaire are proposing mediation.
