    1. The initial problem was that the court wrote to me at an incorrect address asking to send in a missing DQ (which I did send and have proof of sending)
    2. a judgement was entered on 14th December 2021 as the replacement DQ was not received (in any case the date for returning the DQ was an earlier date than the deadline)
    3. I complained, as advised on here, to the court on the above points.
    4. the court replied in March 22 starting the option of an application to set aside the judgement - I’d did not do this due to the cost and passage of time since the original judgement in December 2021
    5. After 3 months the judgement was still not registered with CRAs so I opted for to pay the CCJ in the hope that it wouldn’t then be registered at any point
    6. I then had a phone call from the court apologising for the administrative errors and that the original judgement was set aside and that I would get written confirmation of next steps.
    7. I then received the above letters on the same date in the same envelope

If a CCJ is again issued would it be from the original judgement from December or a new one? My main aim remains the same; to prevent it hitting my credit score.
