Private parking court claim

Hi All ,
I recently received a County Court Claim for a private parking fines from 2021 from Parking control management Uk.
This was sent to me as I am registered keeper.
Parking charging notice was issued on few occasions under building car park where I live. Vehicle was not left on someone parking bay was left in space that is not parking bay and didn’t block in any way vechicles parked over there .I went upstairs to unload tools for few minutes and came back down and ticket was placed on the vehicle. I ignore that as I read and hear they can’t enforce that.
Do i have any chance to defence that claim?
