    Hi
please can I have some advice .
    I've recieved a CCJ .
It for a car where I'm a regiestered keeper but the finance isn't in my name .
I've been called as the second defendant.
They are wanting the vechicle back as the payments haven't been kept up to date but it says that I'm responsible for any damage and interest charges ?
is this the case ? if I didnt sign the agreement with the company.

Did the finance house know you were going to be the registered keeper?
If you were responsible for any of the damage they could possibly make a claim against you, but why you should be responsible for loss of interest i cannot understand.
You haven't prevented them repossessing the car have you?
