  • CPR 31.14 to DCBL

    hello guys.

So im reading everything about this surge of recent DCBL action. I have received a letter before claim for a pcn from 2018. ive sent UKPC a SAR. Ive sent UKPC a data rectification notice. If i send a CPR 31.14 to DCBL, does it need to include a claim number? as i have not yet received an actual county court claim yet. i do not have a claim number.

There must be a reference number on the letter before claim, use that.
