Your defence should have been with the court 33 days from date of issue or 28 days from date of acknowledgement, whichever is the lesser.

You will be send your defence to the court as an email attachment so that the formatting is not corrupted and there is no limit on number of characters

Well I have messed all this up then as the Judgement is now in as of yesterday
