Trademark infringement claim

Can anyone offer advice regarding a trademark infringement case from the US sent to an etsy shop based in the UK. The case relates to multiple shops in one document any info on the laws and likely outcome of such a case would be much appreciated

The US is a very 'litigious' place. As for providing advice, you need to provide a lot more details.
Just to add the US / UK case isn't straightforward.
