I received a Parking charge notice in 2016 with ref to "walking off site" when the formal letter came it stated a different contravention 81 "parking in a restricted area of the car park". i received many scary letters over the years and then nothing from 2017 until this year. I now have a County Court Claim which i have acknowledged and have until Friday to write my defence. As advised i completed a SAR and yesterday I received a file from the company with 5 photos of the car and the signage but none to show i walked off site. How should i approach this in my defence?
