  • Hoist Claim

    Hi,

I received a claim from Hoist and went through all of the steps, we got to the point where I was offered mediation and we accepted and then at the next step before actual mediation declined because we didn't have enough evidence (Hoist had sent nothing).

Since then, I've found that they have sent evidence via email which has gone into spam, what should I do now? I was planning on going to court as there was no evidence, but now there is but it hasn't been sent via post.

I think you can still do mediation, just phone them up - 03001234593. But do read a bit on mediation.

Also update your other thread with what they have sent you, to check if it's o.k.
