      I have seen an order like this but not a letter with a stay provision like that?

        after 28 days a claimant who has not responded gets the case stayed by the courts automatically, it is an information comment that is procedure, the claimant then if they try to continue have to apply and pay afee. look around the site and you will come across this regularly. what you see is issued on all cases of this nature.
