Best not to leave things to the last minute. But well done on getting it done.

Have you used our defence template? Have you sent CPR letter? CCA request?
Was the address incorrect on the claim form? Did you therefore only receive claim yesterday? If acknowledged in time, you get 28 days total.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

It was already at the 28th day, I was lucky as they hadn’t entered judgment. Its for an overdraft so not sure if I should send CCA

Yes s78 CCA request for overdraft ‘agreement/arrangement’.
But because you have already submitted your defence, you can’t include non compliance without permission to amend defence, so you do have hurdles to overcome.
