What happens after defence is submitted?

Hi all

defence on a case was submitted end of April, logged into Mcol as I thought there would be some form of update but nothing

Can anyone tell me what happens next? No letters received either

after 28 days if not heard - case is stayed as other side failed to respond, they would have to pay to unstay a case , most likely the case do not disturb the situation, as they know there imove next if any!>> have you checked on MCOL updates?

how do I check updates?

I can only see the claim history and recent transactions part when I log in and click the claim in question

when I click recent transactions it just shows the last thing was me submitting my defence on said date as you can see below

Your defence was received on 14/05/2021 at 12:05:13

thats it = case must be stayed as mentioned above! so relax it is up to the otherside to make a move if ever! do not worry unnecessary, come back if you hear anything further
